EXPANDS ITS GLOBAL SALES AND MANAGEMENT EXPERTISE

LONDON, November 17, 2009 –  International Media & Entertainment Partners, LLC, a leading
international media consultancy, today announced Phillip Luff will join the firm as Senior
Associate based  in London providing sales and management expertise in the key markets of
the UK, Japan and Australia.

Luff joins the firm from Discovery Communications where he worked from 1999 to 2009, most
recently stepping in to oversee local revenue generation for the 13-channel UK business. Prior
to that role, Luff held a number of executive positions for Discovery including  SVP and
General Manager of Animal Planet International based in London, President of Discovery
Japan, based in Tokyo and General Manager of Australasia Pacific, based in Sydney.

business partners, negotiating licensing agreements, leading large and culturally diverse work

Prior to joining Discovery, Luff was General Manager of Business Affairs and Head of
Programming for AUSTAR Entertainment in Sydney and Commercial Manager for FOX Sports
Australia.

A lawyer by training, Luff has held legal positions at Sydney law firms Gilbert + Tobin and Colin
Biggers & Paisley.

Luff holds a BA and an LLB from the University of Sydney.
