Gail P. Williams is the firm's CFO and managing partner. Williams
is a business leader with deep expertise in marketing strategy,
business development and US affiliate sales.

Williams is a veteran of HBO, where she directed affiliate sales
efforts for more than 10 years.  While at HBO, Williams negotiated
distribution contracts with Top 10 cable MSOs, designed deal
valuation models and created marketing strategies to increase
premium subscriptions and promote retention.

After leaving HBO, Williams moved to the cable operator side of
the business to lead Times Mirror Cable Television’s marketing
and customer service divisions.  As Vice President of Marketing,
Williams was responsible for product positioning and branding,
field marketing, consumer research and all aspects of customer
service including call center management.  Under her leadership, the company developed
industry-leading marketing and sales partnerships, customer service standards and sales
acquisition and retention programs, which were deployed in 60 US markets.

In addition to working on the programmer and operator sides of the cable industry, Williams has
advised emerging businesses in the media and digital industries on consumer marketing and
sales strategy, product management, strategic partnering, business development and customer
operations.  As an external adviser, she has been embedded as a senior executive at the start-
up Sega Channel and served as a member of the start-up joint venture development team at
America Online.

Williams is an expert in finance and financial management.  She has held positions in private
wealth management at Prudential Securities and SunTrust Bank and she is a Certified Financial

Williams also serves as International Media & Entertainment Partner’s CFO and is responsible
for overseeing the firm’s financial function.

Williams is active in her communities and is currently Treasurer and Finance Chair and a
member of the Board of Directors for Food and Friends, a major Washington, D.C. charity.  She
is also a member of the Board of Trustees and Finance Committee for the Provincetown Art
Association and Museum.

Williams holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a BS from the Wharton School,
University of Pennsylvania.
